One product, worked on for a long time

Falcon Safety Products has been filling dusters at the same New Jersey plant for decades, and the shape of the line comes out of that. The can, the trigger, the nozzle and the straw are not new designs. They are old designs that have had a long time to stop having problems.

What has changed is the range of sizes. There was one can once. Now there are six fills, because the people using them turned out to be doing quite different jobs with the same tool.

Why there are cloths in a gas catalog

A stream of gas is very good at one thing and useless at another. It moves what is loose. It does nothing about the film a hand leaves on a display, because that film is not loose, it is stuck.

We could have left that half of the job to somebody else. Instead the line took on cloths, a shammy, moist wipes and small kits, so the answer to a dirty screen sits on the same shelf as the answer to a dirty keyboard.
