How an order travels
Press a buy button, land on the retail partner listing, and finish the purchase there. The cart, the payment page and the confirmation note are theirs, printed with their name rather than ours.
Dispatch times, carriers and tracking all come from the partner order page. That page is the live record, and it will always be more current than anything we could write here.
One thing worth knowing about cans
A pressurized can is not an ordinary parcel, and the carrier options for one are narrower than for a cloth. That is decided at the listing, by the partner and the carrier between them, and it is the reason a can and a microfiber cloth can travel differently.
What arrives is the same can that left the plant. If a tin turns up dented at the rim or the trigger has been knocked, that is the partner order page again, and it is worth raising rather than working around.
