The honest summary is that there is not much to govern here. This is a catalog that reads and links out, not a shop.
What is here and what is not
There is no account to make, no cart to fill, no payment page and no address field. Nothing on this site asks who you are, because nothing on it needs to know.
What we do keep is a plain count of which pages get opened, with no name and no profile attached. It tells us that a shelf page is being read and a guide is not, which is what it is for.

If you write to the desk, we have your message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with it, and we do not add you to anything on the strength of having written.
